"I've just hit my thirties, got 2 sons under the age of 3 and a wonderful husband. I work part time as a hospital pharmacist.

I'm a busy mum trying to to find the perfect work life balance whilst still trying to be a health professional and most importantly finding some 'me time'- which is the driving force behind this blog.

Most of my pharmacy career has been in hospital but now i work part time in a community pharmacy.
